Nukhba HR Mobile Application
Saudi PDPL CompliantTo provide the Service, we may collect the following information:
- Full name, Email address, Phone number
- Employee ID, Job title, Department
- Profile photo, Attendance records
- GPS location at the time of check-in/check-out
- Device type and model
Under the Saudi PDPL, your employer is the Data Controller and Nukhbat Al-Hulul acts as the Data Processor, processing data strictly on behalf of your employer. Each company operates in a secure multi-tenant environment.
The app uses Firebase for system functionality only and does not use advertising tracking services.
In case of an error, we may collect Log Data via Firebase, including:
- Device type, model, and IP address
- Operating system version
- App configuration, date and time of usage
- Technical diagnostic information
Used solely to maintain system stability, security, and performance.
Nukhba HR does not use cookies or advertising tracking technologies of any kind.
We may engage third parties to facilitate the Service, provide secure hosting within Saudi Arabia, and support diagnostics. They are contractually obligated to:
- Maintain confidentiality
- Comply with Saudi PDPL requirements
- Not use data for any other purpose
We do not sell or rent personal data to any third party.
Security measures include:
- Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest
- Role-based access control
- Logical data isolation between companies (multi-tenant)
- Hosting within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
GPS location is collected only at check-in/check-out. The app does not perform continuous background tracking. Location data is used to:
- Verify attendance location
- Prevent attendance fraud
- Support employer workplace compliance
Location permission is required to use the attendance feature.
Personal data is retained in accordance with your employer's HR policies, contractual agreements, and applicable Saudi legal requirements. For specific retention details, please contact your employer.
Under the Saudi PDPL, you have the right to:
- Be informed about data collection purposes
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request destruction of data when legally permissible
- Withdraw consent where applicable
Since your employer is the Data Controller, please direct requests to your employer's HR department.
Nukhba HR is intended for employed individuals and is not designed for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified via:
- In-app notification
- Email communication (via employer)
- Application update notices in app stores
Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
